Ninaithale Inikkum Movie Review

Ninaithale Inikkum directed by kumaravelan is produced by gemini film circuit. The film stars Prithviraj, Sakthi, Karthik Kumar, Priyamani, Anuja Iyer, Jeeva, Bhagiyaraj. Classmates, the Malayalam blockbuster comes to Tamil as Ninaithale Inikkum directed by debutant G N R Kumaravelan, son of the legendary director G N Rangarajan. Adhering to the original format mostly, Kumaravelan has done a decent job in this Gemini Film Circuit production venture.Prithvi starts to love priyamani right from the first sight.

Karthik, on the other hand is a rich brat, interested in a girl but when his feelings are not reciprocated, he forces the girl to love him. Prithvi intervenes in favor of the girl that sets the ball rolling for bitter acrimony between the men. Meanwhile Prithvi’s popularity graph soars in the college, thanks to his pro-student activities which irk Karthik who is on the look out for a suitable opportunity to bring Prithvi down.

It is quite surprising that film has a lot of twists than expected. Those twists are really very interesting to watch and cannot be revealed in this review. Hope you all have a nice time in watching the second half of the film which is more focused on the story line.

Eeram Movie Review

Eeram, one of the recent film in tamil, is to be looked very close giving attention to fine points in this review. The film is directed by arivazhagan stars Nandha, Aadhi, Sindhu Menon, Saranya Mohan. Aadhi and Sindhu Menon are in love and when Aadhi asks Sindhu’s hand in marriage, Sindhu’s dad agrees but Aadhi’s aspirations to become a police officer stand in the way. And the couple drifts away with a lot of heartache.

After a while Sindhu gets married to Nandha and starts a normal life in an apartment complex. A deliberate lie by Nandha to find out if his wife had an earlier love affair results in Sindhu revealing her past innocently which sows the seed of doubt in Nandha’s mind and her murder later on. The subsequent murders of many people responsible directly and indirectly for Sindhu’s death by her spirit take the audience on a thrilling rollercoaster ride which forms the rest of Eeram.

Eeram once again reiterates that content is the hero and scores well. Aadhi fits perfectly in the role of an ACP but somehow romance does not seem to be his cup of tea. Other cast members have understood their roles and have delivered right. The music director scores in his part. The film is really more fit to be watched.

Kanthasamy Story Line

Kanthaswamy stars Vikram and this film is expected to be a big treat to all vikram fans. This film is directed by Susi Ganesan and produced by Kalaipuli S. Thanu under the banner V Creations, has been in the making for nearly two years. Following the news scoops and snippets regarding the crew's various activities, everybody in tinsel town is excited and eagerly awaiting its release. Kanthaswamy stars Vikram and Shriya in lead roles, and there is liberal dose of glamour, heroism, a well-defined story, romance, edge-of-the-seat suspense and some foot-tapping music in it.

The story is about the economical differences that prevail between different classes of the Indian population. The film's protagonist is an investigating officer of high rank. While handling problems related to the country's security and development, the officer goes through specific property details of affluent businessmen and NRIs. On further investigation, he finds that the wide gap between the rich and the poor is the root cause for so many problems.

He tries to bridge the gap between the rich and the poor. How? By using his position and power, Vikram identifies and unearths crores of rupees of unaccounted money tucked away by the bigwigs in strange nooks and corners of the globe under varied names and ownerships and distributes them legitimately to the middle class and lower middle class people. All the adventures he goes through on his mission is what makes the film fascinating.

Newtonin Moondram Vidhi - Movie Review

This film is starred by SJ Surya and directed by Thai Muthu Selvan. This film is quite distinct in its concept. A hero out to avenge the death of his lover at the hands of the villain. That is the basic plot of Newtonin Moondram Vidhi. Familiar plot, you might think; love, treachery and revenge. But this one is different right from the first frame.

These initial formalities done, we plunge straight into the story which involves a scheming, lecherous and treacherous media tycoon at its center. He is the perfect gentleman to the outside world but in reality his hands are stained with the blood of many a young woman, most of whom are employees in his own concerns. Any woman who does not agree to his vile demands is not spared alive. And, our protagonist’s lover (Sayali Bhagath) too falls prey to this man.

The script begins to grip you right after this with S.J. Suryah taking it upon himself to unravel the mystery behind his fiancée’s death. He first finds out the perpetrator of the crime. Seething with anger and pain, the obvious thing that a normal Tamil cinema hero would have done is to barge into this man’s office, confront all his bodyguards and smash his skull or shoot him straight through his heart. But, that is where writer-director Thai Muthuchelvan must be commended on. He has crafted a script that truly stands apart. S.J. Suryah’s character realizes that his target is no sitting duck to be shot easily, he needs to have a foolproof plan and execute it to perfection.

He spends nearly a year gathering all the information and resources he needs for the final strike. When he’s ready, he throws a veiled challenge to the tycoon and then begins a riveting two way chase, each trying to get the other before the other gets to one, and it is all set in two hours. Who wins in the end might be an easy guess, but how he does it is the crux and indeed gripping. There is absolutely no over the board heroism, no gravity defying stunts, not even the hero striking down 10 baddies, the script defies all concepts of heroism in Tamil cinema. The way the villain is finally finished might make viewer’s think whether it is possible, but as the director claimes ‘it has been scientifically proven’. We could do with the ratification of an ammunitions expert.

Overall, Newtonin Moondram Vidhi is a film that will stand apart for its script and treatment. It keeps one engaged right from the start to the end, does not slacken in the interim. The treatment, though different, might be a tad too strong for families. A rape scene in particular and violence and blood necessitated by the script make it difficult to be recommended for children. But, all said and done, Newtonin Moondram Vidhi will be a good and different watch. It will also help S.J. Suryah break free from his long standing playboy image.
